I watched some vloggers in Thailand as well and it seems the situation is similar to that in Taiwan. I wonder if culture is a big determining factor in how countries treat COVID. Anyhow, I noticed for you location, you added "Taiwan, Province of China". Do you have any views on Taiwan's own independence? I'm curious b/c of what has happened in Hong Kong in the last few years.

I wish the States here were as serious about COVID as most larger Asian countries like Japan. You always see them wearing masks even before COVID hit to protect others from their illnesses. Have restaurants and street food vendors been badly affected where you are? I think here, it was really bad for the first year, but people have adapted to it now. Unfortunately, around this time I finally graduated and got a good job, but I couldn't go out and do any food exploring and start a food blog :-(.

Ah I'm sorry about your loss. My dad's getting in his years as well. He had a fainting spell the other day. Nice to see you're doing alright now. Are you still living the expat life? I'm not sure, but I thought you had returned home for a while? Canada? I was recently watching Mark Wiens.
