haha well i did eat a ton of pizza and go to the lake yesterday so im sure im bloated pretty good now haha. figure itd be like swimming. i just like the bike bc i can roll out of bed and do it while i watch stuff

Haha oh yeah. I bought a folding one about 2 months ago. Ive only lost like 10 pounds but like 5 inches off my waist so im very happy with it
