Yolo! I mean heck use egg whites, Greek yogurt and fat free milk n u got a buncha protein. Can also throw in a protein powder or shake instead lol

Imma make French toast uncrustables (Chocolate filled, if you must know.) for breakfast this morning, because my poor diet choices seem to indicate I either hate life or I want to be smothered (Giggity. ;) ) by it. Still losing weight! My heart might not be doing great, but my waist line is looking better.lol

Re: Vent I don't trust "Lo" on stoves. Never have never will. This is why people have crockpots. Lo does nothing except sputtering which makes me paranoid.
