Yep. Even the final episode name made absolutely no sense since the climax of a story comes in the very middle. It also goes by the name of flcl. I looked it up because I was wondering if there was a manga that the anime was based off of and if it would make more sense and I managed to read it through my library system. It's only like three volumes long at the most. There are some things that were changed when they made it into an anime but overall it make just about as much sense as a manga as its anime counterpart did and it basically in the same way without a real conclusive ending. Sometimes you keep watching it because you're like what the hell is going on? Another really weird anime was one called Paranoia Agent. I saw it on adults win as well though I think when I started watching it I was too young to understand or to be able to comprehend what was going on so I can't really say that it might have made sense or if it was just as insane as it seemed. It's right up the same alley as Fooly Cooly though. I can completely understand that and actually that's what I was intending to do but I got sucked into it just like you got sucked into flcl. One of the dumbest things about the series is that every single character except for one turns into a complete idiot. I had hope for a second character but it wasn't terribly long before he became a complete idiot as well. Apparently they ended the anime for one reason or another before the manga actually finished but given the nature of the show I surprisingly didn't mind how they ended it and they ended it just as a finally got to where they were going and we're about to challenge the person that they had been trying to find and defeat the entire series. What made it funny was that the characters broke the fourth wall again and explain angry surprised at how this was the last episode xD if it was the series that I took seriously I don't think that I could have been okay with that kind of ending especially after around 74 episodes but it was just so weird and you couldn't take it seriously that I think that why I was able to actually accept and be happy with how they ended it.

I know exactly the series that you are talking about. It's called Fooly Cooly. How about the fact that the last episode of the series is called a climax? I read the Manga and that it was based off of and it doesn't really make any more sense lolz
