This is the impossible French apple pie recipe I use for anyone interested. Its in American measurements and temps, so keep that in mind for conversions. You will need: *9x1.25 pie plate *2-3 medium apples (I use a mixture of different types of sweet apples, such as a jazz and ambrosia) *Ground Cinnamon *Ground Nutmeg *Baking mix (I usually use Bisquick Original Baking Mix) *Sugar *Milk *Softened Margarine or Butter * Eggs *Firm Margarine or Butter *Packed Brown Sugar (light or dark by preference) *Chopped nuts (whatever you like, I use pecans) Besides prep work, its made in 3 sections, then combined together before baking. Prep: Heat over to 325. Grease pie plate. Streusel: *Mix 1/2 cup Baking Mix, 1/4 cup Brown Sugar, and 1/4 cup Nuts. *Cut 2 tablespoons of firm Margarine into the mix. *Use pastry blender or crisscross with two knives until full mixture is crumbly. Apples: *Peel and slice apples. *Mix with 1 teaspoon Cinnamon and 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg. *Spread in pie pan. Filling: *Mix together 1/2 cup Baking Mix, 1/2 cup Sugar, 1/2 cup Milk, 1 tablespoon Soft Margarine, and 2 Eggs until blended. *Pour into Pie Plate. *Sprinkle with Streusel. Bake 40-45 minutes or until knife inserted into center comes out clean.
