my friends and i are going and i would sleep at my friend's house (same distance but i like sleeping at her house XD ) and I'm gonna try to ask my stepdad today like my mom told me too and my friend will be with me when i do (support). I have tried everything i can to convince my mom but somehow she magically loves finding a reason for me no to go. I'm trying my hardest to go and my friend is here to help convince my parents (she doesnt like when i dont go XD )

an anime similar to death note. only oen i can think of is just code geass like emmlemae said. but how about guilty crown. its something similar abet less calculating. in fact the only thing about it similar with death note and code geass is shu's power of the king

Well I'm new I've always loved watching anime but that's all I do. But I would love to try other things. I haven't been able to. Anyway I don't know what I can do on here so let's talk :)

I met a girl (hereafter referred to as "Ex-2"). We chatted for about five or six months and really hit it off. When my university went to summer break, I asked her out. Three months later, we officially started dating each other instead of our respective partners (we were both in open relationships with people who pushed us to date each other. Ex-2 chased off Ex-1, who I mostly just internet-dated, which should have been a warning sign; Ex-2's former significant other and eventually platonic-ish friend is still one of my best friends). After a couple or three years (depending on how you count it), we got engaged. A year and two months later, she broke up with me because of many conflicting reasons (depending on when one asked her; it changed practically moment by moment, from specific reasons to mutually exclusive reasons to vague, general reasons to things that were clearly stuff she did [not stuff I did] to things I actually did that must have added up if she cared about them at all before the breakup). Stuff passed; now I'm here. For a story that ends on a happier but far more screwed-up note: I liked a girl. I had a stalker. It turned out the girl liked me. We had a physically intimate moment while I was either hiding from the stalker or just hanging out with her. We got caught, but not punished. She soon moved away for unrelated reasons. Did I mention that all three of us were far too young for any of this to be less than royally screwed up, let alone all of it combined? I believe I had not mentioned that. For a story of someone I met online, I'd need to wait a while or post about Ex-1, so I'm definitely not ready for that. I've been reading some of the posts here, but it's kind of emotionally draining, I guess, and the thread is five pages long, so I haven't read the whole thing yet.
