Time heals. I know it's cliche and you might not want to hear it right now, but it's true. My first girlfriend was supposed to be this upstanding conservative Christian type with high morals and values. I found out that she had been talking to one of my supposedly best friends every night. Eventually she broke it off, and they started dating right afterwards. Model religious type, huh? Not only that, but since they were both in my group of good friends we'd all still hang out. When that happened, they'd basically just ignore everyone and cuddle the whole time. It was sickening. I was devastated that none of my other friends said anything. I felt back-stabbed by EVERYONE. I stopped hanging out with them. Eventually they reached out, and I found it bothered them as well. They just didn't really know how to handle the situation. (we were still really young back then, lol!) A lot of things happened since then, and we're all even closer friends now. I'm even the best man at the wedding of the friend who caused it all. (though it's not the same girl, they didn't last, go figure.) I don't know if a psychiatrist would call that "healthy" but it worked out for us. Forgiveness and whatnot. I don't know if this directly helps you, but I figured you could benefit in some way from my experience.

I would never suggest going to a bar. I doubt anyone there is looking for a lasting relationship. As for being brassive... is it really a bad thing to see the world in a sharper outlook? Sure, some may not like it but I think its better to have open eyes then to keep the rose colored glasses on. On the other hand you still have to find it in yourself to believe their is still hope that one day you will find the special friendship that will turn into more. Just as its likely that a relationship wont work out, it is also likely it will. So I say embrase your brasiveness but keep yourself open that there are many possibilities. hope that makes sence

amazing what a flying the goodie bag can do hmmmmmm? I too found my way here after Otakon. introductions are just so boring though.... If figure this should be an net way to meet new people, have some interesting discussions and after that who knows.

Probably about 70% of the games I have played are first person shooters. I use to play COD, Battlefield, and TF2 like crazy. I rarely do that now a days and if I do its just to mess around. Still enjoy the single player stuff in FPS's though.

What is interesting is that the new Dragonball Z game for the consoles will have Goku's Super Saiyan God form in it and America hasn't even really heard anything about the movie. I really hope it ends up being dubbed. I mean it is somewhat acceptable that Yo Son Goku and his friends didnt' get dubbed but this movie damn well better, especially since it is to be considered canon. scary thing though since it references tarble that means that Yo Son Goku is canon as well.

naruto is definitely one of my favorite mangas right now. I can understand why some people are becoming frustrated with this current arc going on but it feels like how Bleach's Arrancar arc went. Kishimoto set up a huge arc and it feels like it is dragging because of all of the shit he has to cover in order to finish it. Personally I think that this may be the climax of the entire series. That being said I would like to see another time skip for a final arc closing up the series and covering the time before Naruto becomes Hokage. I think an ideal final scene would be to see Naruto's child running up to a Hokage Naruto after the first day of Ninja Academy. Kind of a sucker for happy endings.

Attractiveness is a difficult quality to judge. People all find different things attractive and have their own personal quirks or for lack of a better word fetishes. Physical attractiveness is a quick easy step to get a base level of a relationship, it is what goes from there that determines how deep the attraction goes. Confidence in one's self is an important part of an attractive and defined character. You are who you are and there is nothing that will ever change that. Your opinions, likes, appearance, all of this may change but who you are as a person is eternal. And frankly if somebody doesn't like you for who you are then they can go fuck themselves. Exactly what I said to my ex when she tried to "make me better"

Hey all. New to this site. I was randomly wandering through otakon when I found out about it. I've been an anime fan for longer than I really knew what anime was. I started out how most people my age started with Dragonball, Pokemon, Digimon, and Zoids. As I grew older Toonami introduced me to many more anime and I became the anime fan I am today. I am also a huge fan of JRPG's, especially the Namco Bandai Tales of series. At 23 my love for anime doesn't seem to be going anywhere lol.
