For me it hasn't been my looks that affected my outlook on life it was what went on in my head. I was very close to someone and I had thought about telling her many many times. Finally one day after 9 years she asked a question I had been asked before and I decided to tell her. Well needless to say it didn't end well, she stopped talking to me completely and I went into an extreme state of despair. EXTREMELY long story made short I learned that even when it comes to someone you love there has to be secrets because there are just some things people can't handle.

If I find out someone is taken after I started to try to make a relationship I back off end the advances and just more to being a friend. My crazy screwed up thinking is that if they are willing to break up or cheat on someone with me while they are in a relationship what's to say they won't do that to be, and I would rather like to think, why have one friend when I can have two friends if they are in a relationship.

Close your eyes and try to do something or say something silly, Laughter is a great key, once found that out it actually helped me overcome being shy, not my problem is figuring out when they actually like like me or am I just in the friend zone :T

Anyone seen Castaway On the Moon? It was a great movie and the only thing I've seen that would qualify as an Asian drama :P

Um... Never again! :P It was cold, boring, and people had these horns that were being given out that was just blaringly loud. Unless you show up like 7 hours early, don't expect to be near enough to entertainment to help pass the time. There's a reason they cut away to celebrities talking so often... We wound up going to one of the parties nearby. Maybe next year we can rent one of the ballrooms near the square and we can just have a Maiotaku New Years party.

Saw one page of it on a forum I visit. Would really like to know the title so I can check it out. It contained the following: -A creepy-looking man with nails for teeth -His only dialogue was 'All those that find out my secret must die!" -There is a younger gentleman running away from him -He gets shot in the ass with a nail Yeah...
