Yeah, the give up on people is the best advice, honestly. Yeah, the one month Soylent challenge is my inspiration. I mean, the one some youtubers have been taking it upon themselves to try. I think even the Soylent guy uses it exactly like you do Haruu. I might see how it works with different combinations. I think I'll try one solid meal a day and see how that goes.
