when feeling down iv found counting your blessings can help with putting things in perspective but i understand too that feeling teacup, being in so much pain you just want it to stop, knowing that as long as your alive itll still be there but the pain isnt always there, and you have to ask yourself if the time when the pains gone is good enough to make the pain worth it
