I eat my meals without anything left on my plate, it roots from me as a child, watching an episode of Keroro where there was this weird episode of Keroro being a grain of rice. He was so sad he didn't get to serve his purpose of getting eaten because it was "just a grain of rice", it ended on a happy note though! A dog managed to fulfill his purpose by messing with the leftovers. I vowed as a child to always eat my meals completely without anything left in my plate, no matter how full I am with my family's big friggin rice portions. I resent people who do not finish their plate, such a waste! It's also a culture here I didn't know, it's apparently considered rude, which I agree. Thank you Keroro, very nice.
