I confess I took some nighttime cold medicine last night and woke up feeling drunk. o.o Giggling, babbling nonsense...wtf.

There's a reason the word for waking up like that is called groggy.Grog is an older English term for alcohol(Specifically, rum mixed with water.). So, feeling groggy is to feel drunk like.

That's always an awkward mixed bag. I've had exes that never wanted to speak to me again. I had an ex that play the I'm going to kill myself game if you leave me or don't love me and that was just complicated so I cut that off because I got tired of playing that back and forth. What you have to realize is the decision is on them, not you. And there was one X that I would have liked to stay friends with and they said they wanted to talk to me but I knew how they showed interest and they clearly weren't that interested in talking to me anymore so sadly I just let that slide because it's no fun forcing a conversation. It's just too awkward even just as friends.
