Confessions

I confess I'm becoming somewhat uncomfortably addicted to crypto currencies. It all started with a bitcoin investment early this year (which is paying off well so far thankfully), and after I purchased some I told myself that was it, I'll just hold on to this investment and hope it helps me many years in the future. Well... then after some time passes, I got interested in Ethereum, another crypto currency. I sat and contemplated my purchase for quite some time, did tons of research on the coin, but eventually got the courage to go through with it. Well it turned out to be a great purchase in the coming weeks as it exploded. This is where the addiction set in... I then became semi interested in Litecoin with some recent improvements, but knew Bitcoin can, and probably will have these features in the future. It's probably a more risky investment, but even with me thinking this, I dropped a nice chunk of money down WITHOUT HESITATION. This is when I started to realize maybe, just maybe I'm getting carried away. It's at the point where, even if all the crypto markets are crashing, I don't panic even in the slightest. All I think is, "oh boy, cryptos are on sale!" And literally just buy more, waiting for the next rally. I don't even spend as much on myself anymore because I want spare fiat in case of these incidents. Now obviously, if this pays off years from now I'll be really happy, but if they crash and burn well... it'll be a setback to say the least. Here's to hoping investments pay off I suppose...
