I played a bunch of tekken 7 on pc but want to get smash if I ever get a switch which I might with the lite coming out soon, since am not really interested in using it on a tv for games like pokemon and mario kart

I've missed this in my childhood, as I was never allowed to get a wii. I bought a Nintendo DSi from pocket money I saved up over 2 years, but was never interested in fighting games. I feel like I miss out on so much. I'm so bad with consoles though, it seems troublesome to get into.

Dazai, something to consider about the Switch Lite, depending on how much you care about performance, is that a lot of game's resolution and frame rates drop off when the Switch isn't docked. For example, Xenoblade runs in 720p when docked, but has been reported to drop to a dreadful 368p in handheld mode. And Mario Kart 8 is 1080p docked, but 720p handheld, tho either way it still runs at 60fps. Also, again it's just personal preference, but the screen being smaller could affect playing certain games such as Smash when there's so much chaos going on. I had a really hard time playing Bayonetta 2 in handheld cuz there's so much wild shit happening on the screen, so the thought of it being on an even smaller screen gives me a headache... but that could also be cuz I never wear my glasses when playing games xD
