I had to cut carbs since I put a hold on my weight lifting training. Been doing a lot more cardio like 1hr on the starmaster. It's quite a challenge at first but once you get used to doing 170+ floors it's not so bad. Then 1hr on the elliptical which includes going forward 15mins, backwards 15mins, and them repeat 1 more time. Get those legs and abs toned-up. Doing set ups until your abs ache is good. Of course be careful not to make your back ache. Workin' out every other day, surely and timely will show results. <P> Just as mentioned before, cut calories, watch out for fat intake. Stay away from anything with .5g of trans fat or more. Stay the <i>FUCK</I> away from <b>High Fructose Corn Syrup</b>. Eat more unprocessed foods, snack on fruits. Grapefruit is a good supporter for weight lost. My diet consists of lean meats, no breads (so no pizza, sandwiches, buns), fresh veggies, avocado as a topping on meats, no fry foods. If little carbs are desired then whole gran pastas with light sauces with broccoli heads . Try cut cheese out, toufu in lieu or with meat. Smaller portions. Over all eat right. <p> I used to snack on Snickers all the time but after I cut out all candy, chips, sodas, and snack on fruits, drink more water, teas (sugar free) or low sugar/cal/carb fruit drinks, I feel more energized; it's awesome. Plus getting a full night's rest is something you need to do. 7-8hrs is perfect to get the body healing. <P> This is a commitment. You have to manage your time and make time for this. 1hr a day is a good start.

Wow you guys are all so inspiring XD i recently dropped about 40pounds. No clue how i did it but i decided i was going to tone my body down to match my legs. XD no one ever believes me but instead of shrinking my boobs are getting bigger. I do daily rutines from an old p.t. of mine :)I want to get rid of muh gut, tone my arms for my tattoo, and pump up my tiny butt T-T. My sister got the butT....I'm still baffled about the boobs not getting smaller, i have a theory it's bc i have pex haha sounds icky for a girl to say tht x//x but reading all of your stories just gets me more motivated XD

That is amazing I'm cheering all of you on. My weight problems are exactly opposite =( lol. I'm 110 lbs and I can't gain anything. I've been this light for...ummmm.....(doing math one sec)....9 years. I would like to gain at least 20 lbs. I'm too light, I get blown like a rag doll by a light breeze X.x

Keep up the good work it sounds like you are very dedicated its really good morale raiser for others with those goals. Just never give up!! 1+ to this thread

I've also lost weight, but I'd say I lost more fat then weight. I was almost 180 and I got down to 148, but I started doing interval training which has made my fat percentage drop, but I now weigh around 155. Its annoying that my number is so high because I really don't look it :/ Anyways, congrats to everyone as well :) Your stories are much more impressive then mine lol

when i started doing powerlifting at my school i was trying to loose weight, i was about 185, but instead i gained weight, i lost fat and gained muscle, i asked my coach nad he said because muscle weights more than fat i instead was gaining weight, i guess i was bulking, and now i weight around 205
