Well its Korean, not exactly Japanese, but I was introduced to it by Korean and Japanese acquaintances. For those who do not know, it is pickled and spiced Asian cabbage that is just wonderful, both in the taste and in health. Anyone else here know of this wonderful food? I'm gonna try it with some Shin Ramyun sometime.

Kimchi <3 Adore it..
I really want to try real kimchi, like.. Cubed radish kimchi.. It seems amazing..
But for now all I have tasted is the instant version of it..
Like Kimchi ramen.. Its hot, really hot.. But its delicious..
Korea also has some good things to offer when it comes to food..
But yeah, there are also Korean restaurants in Japan, So I guess it counts xD

I always get the kimchi that has oysters in it. But it can't beat homemade. There's a small mom and pop restaurant here that has badass kimchi

I had it for the first time this year and it was an Asian fusion style burger. I finally found a store that carries it here so I'm going to do my own burgers at home. I love cabbage so I bet it tastes wonderful fresh.
