What is one thing that bothers you

What is one thing that bothers you when making friends online or when seeking out people to date? Unabashed proclivities toward ecchi and pornography, like I get Scruples around these people. like I don't like it if I'm friends with someone, and all they talk about is dirty things... Like I'm surprised when women will just outright say they look at smut or when their profile is full of anthropomorphic Pokemon with tits. It's like would I want to have these people around my family, or to even have children with someone that's a perv? Like how would you trust them around your kids to raise them right or to even trust them not to cheat if they're addicted?

Obviously coming at this strictly from the friendship stand point. Hmmm... Hmmmmmmm.... Hypocrites. Oh, also... Misophonia... Chew with your damn mouth shut, ya filthy animals.lol I'm not exactly a social butterfly anyway, but I absolutely hate lying and gossip. Lying in particular, that is a HUGE no no for me. No such thing as a white lie.

Dated a furry once, and she never forced her fetish on me, and was generally pretty cool around my family and their kids. Never got cheated on. Only ended because neither of us wanted anything long distance and she was moving out of state. Perverts are just honest about what they like, and have desires beyond that late night internet search history you see in the back of their eyes. As for things that do bother me... Look, y'all know I do the occult shit. I am a certified spiritual 'cleanser' *Cough*exorcist*Cough* that verified psychics and practicing witches come to when they have something nasty bothering them that is beyond their scope of ability to punch out by themselves. It happens, people do bite off more than they chew. No, its not the end of the world like you see in horror movies. Some things are just tenatious. Anyways. Ya know when I trauma dump about it online, I'm actually just playing a character? It's true. I have no other outlet for my experiences, because it bothers my IRL friends when I talk about it with them. So, I go online to do it. But I turn it into a joke. Playing the role of a version of me who lacks self awareness, and just mindlessly exposits about it while blundering through mundane life with a hurricane of poltergiest activity allegedly flying around him. But I encounter some of the most obnoxious people on the internet. Dunning Kruegers. You know the type. They think everything supernatural has to be RL horror. They tell you to sage the fuck out anything if they so much as see or hear something like taps of three, cuts and scratches, or whatever. Everything is a demon to them. You ask for advice, and they raise a crucifix in your direction and tell you its all your fault, and you shouldn't have been messing with that shit. Real helpful people, no wonder so many people choose to stay quiet about that stuff. Spreading every superstition and internet myth around the online space like a wild fire. And if you try to educate them, based on observation, research, and empirical data. BLOCK.

I haven't really had problems with friends for years, but a few things bother me. Other than lying which is a black flag, I never liked when the other person is boring. If you can't engage in conversation or contribute anything meaningful I would never pursue a friendship or relationship. Normalcy is bland and I don't waste my time with it.

I don't have much experience on the dating side but about friends, I don't like people who are hypocrites, or liars, or overly pretentious people or those who've drank the kool-aid. Other than that I'm not too picky in what I look for, I'm not too bothered by most things.

Same with lying. Nobody is purely honest 100 percent of the time. But I am very wary of people tend to tell tall tales, especially if they are always the main character in their stories. From my experience with they cannot be trusted.

I have been very blessed to have mostly normal interactions with friends. I can't speak on dating as I've never sought out a partner before, however, I guess for friendships...it's kind of pretty annoying when the person you talk to ends up being a creep, I think that's pretty bothersome? XD But seriously, I'm also pretty forgetful, and forget upsetting things that happen to me 9 times out of 10 tbh, so sadly, I feel like I don't have a definitive answer :(. All this to say to everyone on my friends list: thank you for normal interactions ultimately.

Ah yeah another red flag A quick way to find out if a friendship is gonna last long or not. Play competitive team based online games with them. Shooters ,mobas etc. See how they react under the stress of losing. The ones who cannot accept defeat gracefully and the ones who blame everyone else beside himself/herself. They cannot be trusted. You cannot count on those when things get tough irl. Because they can't even accept defeat in a video game.
