Low income neighborhoods dont exist due to crime, low income neighborhoods PRODUCE crime. When stealing and making a living doing criminal activity pays better than a 9-5 job ofc people arent gonna work. The blame isnt the snitches but the mayors and community leaders who get in positions of power and sit around collecting checks for minimum effort. They always talk about cleaning up the streets but pump money and resources back into that system. Look at new york they released a ton of criminals and dumb shit in order to pander and police are being attacked an officer died officers are dying. They dont get support. They cant stop crime and when their budget gets cut they lose resources needed to dont their job.
