@naofumi94 Oh man I had no clue... I’m so sorry that happened I couldn’t imagine. I don’t know about the decision making part, I mean as to what would be protocol and correct operations in such an event, but you shouldn’t blame yourself like that. We’re human at the end of the day, we’re not machines that perfectly execute our tasks though we try to emulate that to minimize casualty/issues. I’m sure he’d want for you to forgive yourself, if it was me, and my friend felt that way about my passing, I’d wish I could tell him not to worry and that it’s not his fault and to live a life good enough for the both of us (^^). I probably couldn’t fathom how you must be feeling though, just thought I’d try my input on it...
