Yeah, I've been making protein smoothies in the last week with my Vitamix and they are always good. I got some frozen acai stuff from costco that is good to mix in a smoothie with banana and protein powder

That's a great reference to look at! Roast beef at the deli has to be one of my top tier proteins but it's just so friggin expensive. Foot long subs with roast beef cost me at least 12 bucks a pop with the cost of bread and other ingredients nowadays.

@arc you can always try making a big ass wrap or using tortillas to cut down on bread cost and use that for meat or cheese/ other ingredients.
Yeah I agree that list is great, not sure about octopus or seafood though lol

Today we had a group of four working out today. I did deadlifts for the first time in my life. I’ve always been afraid to try them because of my tendency to pick things up with my back. Holy crap it was a hard but effective workout. I think I should have lifted more with my butt instead of my back but I would definitely try again!

I did leg curls today but I want to try leg press next time. I think that would help me most right now. I need to restrengthen my quads.

Yesterday my friends and I were doing back exercises and muscle stamina training. My biggest weaknesses are my biceps and stamina. It's a lot better than when I started but I'm not yet up to the speed of my friends. We were on the Lat pull down machine

The one we used had the small attachment where your arms are in and pull close to your chest. I surprised them both by being able to pull my whole body weight for 4 reps, which was only one weight setting under what they could do. For some unexplainable reason my back muscles are much stronger than the rest of my body. I'm way behind them with biceps and chest, but back and triceps I can stick with the same weight.

Chest, the bench press is the tried and true way to method to powerful boobies. Inclined and declined bench press will work different areas of the chest, so mixing those in will do wonders.
Biceps, the preacher curl will work them like you would not believe.

Speaking of bench presses I found out my max for the first time. I can bench 95 pounds. 25 more and I’ll be able to bench my entire body weight! I really tried for the hundo but 95 is the best I can do so far. What’s your max?

Max I can fit on the current bar I have is 385 lbs. I am guessing that I can go into the lower 400s somewhere, but that requires different equipment than what I have.
