@hell_hound7 yeah man, it's tough. I'm about to smack down damn near half a mil for my first home. I've run in-depth analysis of the market, and If you are buying a home under 400k today you are getting absolutely screwed. I just saw a house today near my neighborhood going for friggin 500 bucks a square foot. Half a mil for a 960sqft house. Insane.

Well I was gonna ask about rent and culture in Georgia anyways. Was thinking of moving out of state for an apartment.

Unless you wanna live in Riverdale ga but.....you won't live long lol. Your life expectancy will be about as low as your rent. About the one time that having low rent is actually a bad thing lol.

I decided to look at another house for sale before I sign the closing papers on my house. To say that the hosing crisis is insane is an understatement. I saw desperate families cruising around the neiborhood looking at houses. Where dafuq did all these people come from??? The American middle class is quickly disappearing. You either own a home and are rich or you don't and will always be poor. Sad that the American dream is dead.
