@dyadka_yar Page 683. "For example people are afraid of the KKK, despite there hardly being enough Klan members in a 100 mile radius of anywhere to fill a McDonalds restaurant."
Sorry to do this, but I read this and I just couldn't help it. I'll catch up reading after this.
So here's the six hate groups in new Hamshire in case you're curious. Most of them in your corner of the country are from New York (37 hate groups) and Massachuttses (12)
ACTS FOR AMERICA (Anti Muslim), Hollis, New Hamshire
AMERICAN NAZI PARTY (Neo Nazi), Statewide.
JIHAD WATCH (Anti Muslim), Manchester (Closer to home than you'd think, huh?)
NATIONALIST SOCIAL CLUB (NSC-131) (Neo nazi), Statewide
PATRIOT FRONT (White Nationalist), Statewide
SLAVES OF THE IMMACULATE HEART OF MARY (Radical traditional Catholicism), Town of Richmond
You had more before the pandemic, but to add some credence to your point, membership to various hate groups has declined nationally through out 2020 to present. There were 10 NH based groups back in 2018. So congrats. Although membership per capita is still ranked pretty high.
And if anyone else is interested to see which ones operate in their area, here you go. Ohio has 21, Five of which are from the Columbus area. Hence why I still tend to bump into them.

Apparently a man was executed in North Korea for smuggling in copies of Squid Game.

North Korea is definitely no joke when it comes to stuff like that. Kim Jong Un is the harshest, most evil dictator in the world today that I know of. In the past Kim's NK has:
1--Had 80 people in 10 different cities killed for a variety of "crimes" like smuggling in Bibles and banned books and videos. They were publicly executed as women and children were forced to watch them be obliterated with so much machine gun fire that the corpses were barely recognizable.
2--Sentenced his own uncle to death for treason. Kim had a bunch of vicious dogs starved for days then threw his uncle and his aides naked to the dogs which killed and ate them.
3--Christians AND up to 3 generations of their family can sent to hard labor camps or killed.
4--North Korean mothers who get pregnant to non-Korean fathers have been forced to murder their own babies after birth.
5--Kim had a senior member of his staff executed by an anti-aircraft gun.
ADDED BONUS: Let's not forget that this psycho is constantly having his military work on long distance missiles and developing nukes. He test fires missiles in the direction of the USA every so often. Their tech still has a ways to go, but the day will come when they can launch a nuke strike at the U.S. West Coast. For any who think he won't do it, remember Kim has an enormous ego, literally thinks of himself as a god, and has no qualms about killing anyone including his own blood relatives. So yeah, he'd nuke us imo. Yet our leaders don't seem to take this threat seriously at all. Our leaders from both parties have tried to negotiating with NK in the past which usually results in NK pretending to give in and back down to get free (to him) stuff from our idiot leaders for as long as they can until they finally figure out NK is bullshitting them. They should've assassinated Kim long ago.

I did research on the groups you listed.
Acts! For America has 63 people following on Facebook on the NH chapter, unsure if those are members or journalists following for some sort of story.
American Nazi Party, no information could be found at all aside from some hooligans in a city in Southern NH making a mess.
Jihad Watch is literally a blog, not a group.
NSC-131 is a funny one. I knew a tattoo artist who was a member and they had meetings in the tattoo shop. I don't know how many members that is, but if it is only enough to stuff people in a tattoo parlor it isn't too much.
Patriot Front, no real information on that on a state level. Countrywide, around 300 members.
Finally we have the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, that is literally a strange church congregation.
Overall if you take all of these groups in NH together and put them in an average McDonalds, you are going to have room for more and be within limits of the fire code. I do have to say, I really don't take the SPLC seriously at all. They will either make a mountain out of a molehill and or expand their definition of "hate" to people they don't like. Are there REAL hate groups? Yes there are, Aryan Brotherhood, KKK, Black Hebrew Israelites among others. A lot of the ones that the SPLC lists, more like tiny clubs of 10-20 people mixed in with the big boys.

@dyadka_yar Wait a second. Anyone they don't like including the ones that are inconvenient for the left to admit exists? Oh uh... Y-Yeah! You're right! Let's just pretend we saw nothing, shall we?
*hides the groups that actually DO commit violence in BLM's name*

Just an anthill, nothing to see here.
Though speaking from experience, it's really hard to convince people to join a facebook group for real life organizations, even if they are a member of said organization. I'd wager especially for certain ideologies as Facebook has gone on a Boogaloo ban spree as of late.
Actually though, they claim to use the FBI's definition of hate groups, which omits a lot of violent groups that often get conflated with them like several of the large anti government militias. Maybe I should start getting into declassified FBI documents again to see if they think the same thing about these groups.

Is this referring to what happened in Waukesha?
My mom's friend was part of that parade and she witnessed it all un fold (luckily she is not one of the victims and has no injuries).
@thesailingteacup
(This is from what my mom told me so I will double check my info)
In short, according to what I heard, it was a hit and run after he stabed someone I believe in a nearby park prior to the incident. Either way the reason isnt clear yet as to why he did either
