@dyadka_yar i know regionally india is asian, but no one considers them asian xD and I'm asking if their Chinese immigrants or are they long time American residence? its like how the Somalian iq in America is really high, its not because all Somalians are really smart, its because the brightest get to come to America to go to school that's what I'm assuming, i don't know too much about asian americans

Like, one cannot deny America has glaring problems with racism towards black people. Americans just like scapegoating non-whites (internally) or non-americans (geopolitically) to get away with their bs. However, it isn't like this validates intersectional theory and put identity politics as an actual solution. According to intersectional theory, I am in a very privileged position in society because I am everything bad, except white (I am afro-Brazilian). In short, I am almost an incarnation of the devil according to those little shits, my only redeeming trait is the black man blood in my veins, but they still hate my "white taint". The solution? Create a shitload of laws that put women's anedoctal evidence as decisive evidence or just criminalize talking down women (the current Mari Ferrer law is that, and lo and behold, based on a false rape accusation!). Political violence, verbal violence, domestic violence, feminicide, Maria da Penha... all fruits of identity politics. Racial and sexual orientation (recently approved) discrimination are offenses here. All good, until we learn the concept of honour is subjective according to our Constitution, meaning we can get sued for just making a silly snide joke to somebody "systematically opressed". We are a juridical shitshow. Ironically, it is one of the few circumstances I can be happy that law doesn't work here.

the biggest issue facing minorites isnt 'le white man' and no one with more then a handful of braincells is claiming that its not white individuals, but the socioeconomic situations that old whities of the past created so its not individuals that are at fault, but a system that was crafted before our generation (not even that far, people are still alive that were affected by jim crow area legislation...)

One nice thing about minorities in America is they do get representation. Much better than other countries where minority groups are hardly a blip in their entire modern culture. Privilege is a hard thing to quantify and while I don't believe it's always so prevalent I do think it exists. Any minority group can have the opportunity of being treated better if they go to a neighborhood with businesses run by their respective minority. That's a low key privilege but still a privilege.

Strange. We see all Black Movement cattle claiming the entire system is made for the evil whites, despite they being the ones that laid the foundations of American society, hence, making it only natural discrimination and shit would go rampant. Their solution is to tear down these foundations, and their basis is of intersectionality. The problem is not the cause. The problem is within their basis and methods. That's what I actually wanted to convey.

the criminal justice system is clearly rigged against minorities like, statistically as for other institutions i think that comes down to socioeconomic issues

(the same socioeconomic issues that whites can face too. whites live in ghettos too, this isn't a black vs white thing nessecarily either. the world is too nuanced to be just black vs white. its a grey issue as they say, but mostly effects blacks)
