Isnt it under a certain amount of drugs ok? Like only of you have enough to distribute would it be a felony. Or am i wrong? But yeah anyway the real problem is jail isnt a place to reform people to become members of society again. It basically turns them into animals and we release them into the wild.

Many good uses for weed. Of course, those who use it recreationally will always say "BuT WhAt AbOuT ThE SiCk?"....as if that's their real concern.lol Technically, tobacco has positives, too. The difference is, there's a shit ton more money wrapped up in tobacco, even still.

Tobacco also gets mixed in with a lot of other shit that isn't good for you. If it were just the plant on its own, I wouldn't have much against cigarettes.

The only thing im gonna say about jail time things is they should reform these people into model membersnof society not let them go wild and stab and kill each other. Alot of these dudes have troubled upbringings and the prison system just amplifies it
