All I can recommend for you being your age is probably a lot of stuff you don't want to hear or think won't help, which is meditation.
Until I started practicing Yoga I found trying to meditate impossible. But you're actually exercising your brain as you meditate by flexing it to combat your various anxieties. Breathing techniques. Set aside however much time you can spare, just make sure it's at least 20 minutes a day. Try meditation or try some yoga where you're exercizing your breathing. Once you get the hang of the breathing, meditation seems to just come naturally. Adding Yoga to it is just a bonus.

I work out everyday. Inhaling and exhaling is important when doing these exercises. So yoga, working out, same thing right?

Ish. Comparing them to other exercises, running is high impact, lifting weights your focus has to be on not dropping your weights.
Yoga is just you and your body and it's limitations. You can use props and stuff, but the props are just to help you to get to where you no longer need them and it is just your body going through phases and movements, holding them, perfecting your balance and engaging various muscle groups in your body. There's a lot to it. Your focus is on your self, not your weights or the distance you're going.
You are the track you run, you are the weights you lift. How far can you go?

There's planks in yoga, but there's also things that make your spine more flexible like Camel Pose and Cat/Cow.

Oh yeah I do those before working out. My mom also showed me a some other yoga stuff. That gif with the girl trying to hold herself on her hands, my mom can do it but I can't XD. She helped me out. Pros of having a yoga instructor for a mom.
