Questionable bans

What is a better reason to ban someone? A child molester or a spammer? Odd question huh, but to your suprise child molesting is an unspoken threat here that gets ignored easily with a nice "im sorry it doesnt happen again" thread. Spammer instead get hunted with life bans. Just imagine... someone spams.. disgusting. The mods who cares about the ban economy needing some serious help. I guess their decission ain't neutral nor they have in my opinion any qualification how to handle complex disputes here. Yea yea I am repeating myself since 2019, but how about to get a mod with actual qualifications? The current ones are just popular chitter chatter and that can cause trouble really quick my dudes.

harassment is the biggest reason people get banned on here if you want to have a discussion about the mods conduct that can be very helpful to help us improve, but I would ask for you to give examples of people who have been banned and people who you believe should from what iv seen sexual harassers arent running loose on this website and when they do send dickpics and theyr reported to us we 100% ban them asap. as for how we're vetted, well personally when I think of a person to recommend to seph for modding it has to do with activeness on the site, history of conflicts on the site and where they stemmed, and how long they been a user as well as theyr reputation with other users if you have a mod in specific that you'd like to complain about or a users banning or lack there of that you would like to I'm all ears, and I apologize that you feel this way about our team

You dont have to apologize Lamby. I dont have any problems with any mods here. You guys trying your best. It is not good but the activity makes it for me. 24/7 support is needed but thats not all. Back than I trusted dagger with child desputes here to solve it on the moraly right way. He was neutral atleast and good but now he is gone and that just makes me sad. I will e-mail Seph about few changes here. I wish dagger would come back because back than we commucating to seph about his e-mail. But I would appreciate it if someone would help me to write the e-mail for Seph because of my bad english.

And also I will not discuss publicly who should stay banned or not. Thats not how I am. I never reported someone, I never argued with someone and I am lurking all day. But what I saw in the last month was just too much. To let someone get unbaned even if they broke the fucking law of the united states xd. Come on. A sorry is not enough but 15 years

if your talking about an actaal child predator whos going after the young users on this site you have a moral obligation to tell the mods. if your not comfortable saying it in a thread then please dm me or any of the other mods if you find something we do to be terrible please let us know, outside voices are really important to helping us rethink some of our decisions and I have contact some mods to help with your issue, have to wait for them to get back to me

@kuharido It would make life so much easier if I even got $1 an hour, but I haven't had an income since January, and that's part of the reason for my scarcity.
