Manslaughter is given when someone dies but it wasn't intentional. I still think the law regarding it needs to be made more clear. Back in OK, I have a cousin that was given manslaughter charges because he ran over a body in the road at night. They couldn't determine if the person he hit was already dead or not but still charged him with manslaughter. Edit- to explain better, he didn't know it was a body. It was covered with something. He also had a "monster truck" and liked utilizing it to it's fullest ability. He never dodged things with it.
