Persona!!!

Back in 2017 when I joined this group when I was down on my luck, I talked about 1 theories which truly gave me hope and strength when I was in a tough situation. And that serious was the persona series from persona 3 to persona 5, things definitely were beautiful the more I looked at it. The fact that the persona series has such a strong following that it has become even bigger than it originally was. So I want to ask what is your favorite persona series? And also what do you think of the upcoming Persona 5 Royal?

Loved the animated series for 4 and thought it was fairly faithful to its source material. I collected the manga for 3 and 4 too. Persona 5 original was entertaining but I found it kinda short. Maybe the re release will amend the abrupt end, but I am more curious to see what they will do with Akechi. The way he mysteriously dies off screen felt left ambiguous on purpose for a DLC expansion of sorts to fill in the gaps or bring him back later. Royal pretty good so far, also 5 was my first but seem to like 3 a lot because ... Love the characters yet the Persona 3 Portable version because you can play as a girl which is interesting. Played the dancing games too even though those are spin offs. ^^'' But back in 2016 wanted to play Persona 4 golden for a lonnnngggg time now it's on my vita but wanna finish 5 and 3 first tho.

Wrapping up my replay of P3FES on hard, got off earlier after getting my ass handed by the World Balance boss lol. Leaving that fight for tomorrow. I've played P4 on my PS3 but didn't get around to finishing it, was pretty cool though. Plan on doing so sometime after finishing P3 and I'll eventually check out P5 afterwards.

What did anyone think of Persona Q? I liked the aesthetic of the game. Battles could be a bit frustrating, but Elizabeth always keeps me motivated haha!

For me, it's tied between three games. P2 has the most dramatic story, P4 Golden has the best characters and is perhaps the most addictive playing experience, P5 has the best gameplay, and P3 just kinda feels like P4 but still figuring itself out. Currently playing through P5 Royal right now, and I'm just going to say, there are so many little things that kinda bump it up in my ranking. The first playthrough, I felt it was a great experience, but P4 Golden was still my favorite. Now they're more or less tied, as the characters have been given a little more tie to develope. Though I only just beat Okumura, so I'm waiting to see of Haru gets elaborated more, as that was one character I felt got shafted in the original game.
