There's quite a bit of stances right now, sadly, most of them are fairly extremistic, either it's a "we will get wiped out, let's compulsorily wash hands and treathen to kill whoever that gets within 5 yards from us", or, a total indifference of "it's just a flu, lol, we will be alright, let's go to Joe's orgy" It's dumb

There's definitely reason to be concerned. It's an RNA virus, so there may never be an actual cure, just various inhibitors. The virus itself attaches to cells with ACE2 receptors which are generally lung cells, so it takes over those cells and replicates itself and eventually kills the host cell. But i've seen some other papers under peer review that also point out the effects of other ACE2 expressive cells in places like the testes. So if you werent concerned about possible lung capacitance reduction, maybe some can be concerned about possible sterilization. (this is also where all the corona CBT memes come from lol). A least we're getting closer to the peak.
