Meh... Don't worry, the MU variant is gonna have people saying "wE tOlD yOu ThE vACcInE wAs A fAkE!!!!". Seems like it may actually be immune to the vaccine. Gonna keep this thread going for a very, very long time.

Nah, they have the mRNA platform now. They're gonna whip up a brand new vaccine targeting the mutations in record time and start shipping it into your arm in time for the holidays (Imagine holiday themed vaccination campaigns). All we gotta do is get to 50% vaccination with the new vaccine guys. Real talk, we know the virus exhibits lots of behaviors to subvert/attack our immune system. Vaccines only train one portion of the immune system (T-cells). Knowing this are we not effectively breeding it to encourage subversion of our T-cells. That's a bit of a troublesome thought given that our only concept of a vaccine relies on that. To make a comparison, we don't just give antibiotics to anyone that asks anymore because we know bacteria can develop a resistance.
