Coronavirus. Your thoughts? [Serious and Non-Serious]

I worked at home for a total 3 weeks before being asked to go back on site. In a way, I'm in higher spirits than many people around I know because I get to leave the house.

The number of available ICU beds where I'm at is at basically 0 for the last month at this point (hovering between 0-2%). The nearby metro area (Los Angeles) has been at negative capacity for the last few weeks. They are bringing in the FEMA tents and have brought in quite a few refrigerated shipping containers for all of the dead bodies, as the morgues are unable to house them. Even funeral homes are rejecting new clients, as the demand is far above what they can handle.

Good news is, if the virus gets bad enough and mutates to be super deadly, all the people that said "not if you were the last man/woman on earth" may have to be put to the test. Ps that won't actually happen.
