@Arc Grab a multivitamin. One high in Vitamin D, Zinc, Vitamin C. Don't limit yourself to just buying Vitamin D, it will end up more expensive.

vitamin D deficiency has been linked to poorer outcomes in some Covid patients. While it's not a dangerous as gargling bleach if you have a normal level of Vitamin D. Spending time outside in the sun and fresh air will help a lot. I wish you well Arc

As long as there is no cure or vaccine, we won't go back to normal. Remdesivir somewhat works, but an infected person needs to get it early or it's not gonna work. Add that there is not enough doses for everyone, it's really not a solution.

Disease mitigation culture in the west changed forever. It should have never gotten to this point, but I wonder how y'all on the coast will bounce back. I'm fortunate to be contracted, so my pay has not been impacted by covid in comparison to my salarymen brothers.
