When i have depression i play school shooter simulator on gmod instead of doing it for real. Me and an Aussie friend play that from time to time quite fun. It is like prop hunt but without hunting props but people.

Ur Planning to shoot up a school i see, don't you know video games cause violence. Anyone who plays games are automatically some deranged psycho who does mass shootings

^^^^^ Plays Call of Duty and complains when the shotgun does not kill in one shell and just keeps on shooting until his victims are lead-filled lunchables.

In my experience Therapists aren't as useful as psychiatrists, the therapists I've gone to were yes-men, always saying YES to whatever I said or complained about, always giving me the reason and telling me I was in the right... That... Only makes you feel entitled. Maybe I had shit luck with the therapists I went to, they also charged quite a bit, Psychiatrists on the other hand go straight up to where you're fucked up...

Therapy? Who needs therapy?

I'm in therapy since 1 year and it doesn't really help. I played lots of videogames to escape from reality. But the only thing that works for me is going outside, meeting up with good friends, talking lots of hours and trying to fight your psychological problems by yourself.
