Due to my debilitating laziness with sorting through a shitload of pages, I only managed to scroll back far enough to see GB's thirst for the male body. But I'm also seeing dudes that should be posting their pics. That's the entire point of this thread.

Congratulations to @candystarmagic for her progress and well earned fine figure. The rest of you... you don't have to send pictures, but showing your progress can help inspire others and also give me something to hang on my bedroom wall. So send us some work out pics. ;)

Went from first photo to second in a couple months. Having a high metabolism means calorie counting and nutrition planning is a must for people like me, but after a while you'll get the hang of it quick! Soon will start a cycle of sarms to help bulk and add muscle mass, dont give up fellow gainers!

@admiral01 GNC has this impressive bulking powder. Their Bulk 1340. It is 1340 calories and 50g of protein per serving. That might help out a bit.

Personal experience, stay away from creatine. Can help get you stronger quickly, but will add water weight. Also make sure to cycle any supplements you take, especially if they’re bulk gainers.
