@kyros96 i wouldnt because theyr gross >w>/ but i also don't eat that gross stuff
i do still cook meat, but touching it is still extremely disgusting (especially chicken, ugh you can feel the muscle fibers bleh)
so ill ask again, why is it you think the guts are gross but not the muscle tissue that you eat?

allahu akbar enki, where's the explosion tho? <.<
yea touching raw chicken is hella disgusting but i dont seem to have that problem with beef/steak.
it's mainly that u can feel the bones and the skin is moving around.
because the guts is where all the food and the shit is kept in, that the animal ate lamby.
humans don't eat the guts for that reason. and that for thousands of years.

@kyros96 ah, bones dont freak me out, but its like, if you squeeze the raw chicken meat and move it between your fingers you can feel the fibers and its like 'this is muscle tissue' instead of 'this is meat' like ground beef comes off as, just makes my skin crawl thinking about it xD
but people eat the organs as well, they have a shit ton of vitamins (but too many vitamins for humans to properly process, so its still better to avoid them for the most part when compared to how bio available those same vitamins are in plant products)
plus you ever have fried blood? shits delicious xD so salty, i miss it tbh
so, knowing the guts are edible and people eat them, ill reiterate the question; why is the muscle not disgusting but the blood and guts?

cow stomach is something people wash out and eat. for some reason.
i've tried it too and it isn't that bad. it's sorta chewy.
but u can be sure that no1 is gonna wash out the "colon" intestine, where all the shit is kept. and deep fry it.
i've heard of fried duck blood. but i never tried it.
is it really that good?
aaaaand because muscle tastes amazing and if you find a way to make guts taste good (pls not the colon) then i'd gladly give it a try.
but on the other hand, people already use cow stomach and there's recipes for it, also i don't think u're gonna harvest much out of a chicken..
chicken hearts are tasty tho.

I repeat there are tacos de tripas which according to wiki is "Tripas, in Mexican cuisine (known as chitterlings in English-speaking countries), are the small intestines of farm animals that have been cleaned, boiled and grilled. Tripas are used as filling for tacos, and then dressed with condiments such as cilantro, chopped onions, and chile sauce." I've eaten them before and depending on how it's made determines the outcome of the flavor

i haven't come across them in europe. But i heard the spaniards are eating Bull balls.
and if i give it a google it seems to be quite popular in the usa too.
i'd chose the tacos over bull balls xD

@kyros96 ye its called tripe, they sell it at my Walmart (is that a country thing? should i feel ashamed?)
the blood my mom would fry was pork, and just the small bits that were in the bag. i only had it when i was a kid, but i remember loving it. just like, super salty, like bacon but not chewy or crunchy
ok that's a good reason! have you tried chicken liver? iv had it fried and its pretty good (i guess what isn't good fried to be fair)
so its just the guts that put you off killing an animal? not the screaming or thrashing? would seeing them scream and thrash make you want to kill them less?

Am I truly defaming you? You said it yourself your goal for this debate is to either label me a sociopath or a hypocrite, I reiterate what you say and voice my displeasure in this goal of yours. If you want to think I am being disingenuous then I can do nothing about it.
Secondly, I'm not bringing my past for the sake of making you look like a pretentious jackass, I do it to incite you so you can state your genuine intention with making a "conversational trail". My patience of our talk has run tolerably enough since your stated your goal clearly, so I wanted you to get it on with so we can end it quickly. However, I also did not want you to just quit out of a frustration because I don't want to play games with you. I also don't think you would be satisfied with that kind of "victory", if you could call it that. I do not actually care if you think I am lower than you over our experiences. I wished you would just get on with the main question, which you finally have, so we can finally end this conversation properly.
(*_ _)人
Now, this is the true part in which you deem me a sociopath, because I believe I probably would eat human meat, even if I prefer not to. As I have said before, it is not inherently immoral to eat humans, I just prefer to avoid it. This is because of my "speciesism" as you would to call it. It is the same when I eat animal meat, I do not go out in particular for meat because alternatives happen to be cheaper at my current conditions, but I will not be opposed to eating it. I can eat more food if I cut out meat costs, so I will avoid buying it. I do not eat because I like to eat, or necessarily because of taste, I eat because I need to eat. Because you seemingly can't understand that, you seem to be frustrated with the way I answer your questions, one of them being:
"given the circumstance that you had plenty of food around you, would you still kill the dog because the meat was tasty?"
It is a foolish question because you know that I do not pick food because it is tasty, I pick it because I want to eat something rather than not. I try to answer your question with how it relates to me and my eating strategy, not your own eating strategy, if it is your own. (If it is not, do not take it personally.) You can say "so you don't have a preference for taste?" I do, but that doesn't mean I can't find non-meat preferences. Meat is not even my main preference, my favorite food is miso ramen, which can be produced without meat and can be eaten quickly. Fruits are also a favorite of mine, more so over meat. To me, meat is just a possible source of nutrition, not necessarily my primary or favorite.
( ͡• ͜ʖ ͡• )
You state that you make exception to people who experience food insecurity and people who hunt for traditional reasons, such as indigenous people. I happen to be one of those people who have had one of these experiences, which is why I argue that eating animals is not inherently immoral. Despite this, your desire to win a debate has led you to seek labeling me a either a hypocrite or a sociopath anyways. As I stated before, I will opt for the choice of sociopath. You have given me better understanding about the vegan mentality, so I will not totally condemn this conversation as useless even if it wasn't particularly fun.
