That's not the kind of pancakes we're talking about, but that dies sound interesting. Lamby, Spray does burn, eventually. The main thing is having a good pan and knowing your stove. Once you find the perfect heat, you can literally cook pancakes in a minute or less.

I have a very cheap came with the apartment electric stove.XD It's taken me WAY to long to figure out the right temp. Some times it's even the pan, some materials conduct heat more evenly than others. Personally, once I get them seasoned, I prefer my cast iron.
