Just find people you think may be interesting, add them and attempt to strike up a conversation. You'll get better at it over time. If they like you, neat; if not, it's whatever, their loss. Just be yourself and have fun. Also, welcome ;p

Welcome~~I still don't know how to socialize with most people.(.sure I'm a master in socializing with a few people across the world.). but I am aware of how members on this website socialize to some extent after being here for one year~~Perhaps u will learn from their communication styles
