fall in love

who wants to have a serious relationship? I feel like that's so hard now. I feel like people don't actually want to love each other anymore and it's sad.

I mean your not entirely wrong. There are people who do wanna fall in love but there are an even larger majority that just go in an out of relationships to quickly or those who never get into any for due to self deprecating. I have felt this to with a lot of social things, it either has to much to do with sex or to much to do with not putting ones self out there. Which to me has lead to a lot of jealous ppl being envious of successful relationships or any relationships of like ppl’s fav YTbers or any person that can be admired. Just the nature of how America is but idk about other western societies if they may be experiencing the same disparity of this or similar effects if different. Like wanting love for the sake of love and not the long entailed reasons

personalmaidservice my glad someone understands I'm demiromantic which means that I'm attracted to how comfortable I feel with someone. so it's really hard for me to find someone when people don't seem to actually want a relationship

I never thought I was with who I wanted to spend my life with, until I met my wife and even then it's not like it was right away. Sure, I loved before, but its different when you want that life long commitment towards another and you just know that they want the same of you. My first relationship, I did almost feel like that and I was about to make the leap. However, deep down I think I knew that would've been out of desperation and not because that was who I wanted to wake up to every morning. The one after that, I never even came lose to even hoping for marriage with. She, yeah...Red flags as far as the eye can see!!! But, she was an experience and made me realize that being with an extraverted individual was not for me, that and she cheated on me a couple times...meh...Live and learn. I've only had three relationships and my wife was/is the third, third times the charm.;) It really is different when you find someone who just fits, who loves you more than you can understand and who desires you above all. Love is not a solid "this is it" thing, it's forged and built over a lifetime. Love is not about "feelings"(not that feelings aren't important), it's about actions and most importantly, mutual sacrifice for the betterment of each other.

more hate though im fine not being a sheep. i wouldnt change anything in my life
