Are All Men Truly Perverts?

I didn't know how exactly to word this but I'm gonna try. I always notice a lot of women calling men things like "perverts" or "jerks" and I feel as if these statements don't just effect who they talk about. In fact it feels like it's a label for the gender entirely. Before you ask I saw this a lot in High School, it just hasn't bothered me til now. So my question is this: Are Men Truly Perverts/Jerks? Or is it just an unfortunately high number of men are? And this doesn't have to focus on just men, if you think this question can be ask about women then by all means you can answer that question instead. I know this could be a touchy subject, my curiosity got the better of me.

Depends on how you frame "pervert". Basically all men think about sex and want sex, from anywhere to a daily basis to at least a couple of times a week. If you're particularly reserved, then perhaps a little less so, or maybe you're Ghandi. But most men don't look to harass women or be overly intrusive. Most men will only deal with that urge with their partner or alone. Due to the hormonal influence, however, negative behavior towards others is higher among men, and due to their arousal one of these behaviors is particularly sexual, but again most men are good people. So if you classify perversion as a constant lust, then yeah pretty much all men. But if you classify perversion as more of an action towards women, then no most men are not perverted. If you seclude yourself to the point where the only romance related contact you'll ever have is if a man starts it with you, then odds are you're going to encounter a good portion of these ill behaved men in relation to the ones that you don't.

To answer your question shinu, by pervert I mean someone who ONLY thinks about T&A. Like they only care about that, hence they come about a bit too strongly (again thats how I word it). I know we think about it sometimes, one of those instinctive things I guess? But I mean are all men like that or just a high number of men? Personally speaking I don't think about it ALL the time, just every now and then. But I was curious to see others take on the subject.

Almost all men. A very few amount don't care. Ghandi probably masturbated during his time away from everyone. At least once. I'd bet on it.
