Do you prefer Introverts or Extroverts?

oneman
This is where I differ on my original stance, since I actually have no preference in this regard. However, I am extremely introverted, and social situations really make me uncomfortable. I generally try to get over such issues by thinking negatively, but at the same time, I am more comfortable by myself and maybe with a friend and/or lover than I am with many people.

Both I think. I do like introspective people though, it's cute ^-^ I'm definitely not an introvert, I talk way too much :s

So, before I answer, I'd like think that I am an extroverted introvert. That is, I like being social as long as there are people I know, and there are people I can "feed" off of. For example, if I'm at a party and there is music playing, I would love to dance, but I would not want to dance alone (unless I had a connection with everybody there). I need an extrovert to get me more social and willing to try things. However, I "recharge" by being alone or with a few close friends. That's where I prefer introverts to help me calm down and refresh. @Midas said it perfectly: "Ambiverts" Having a bit of both is pretty great. It really depends on the situation.

I'm an extrovert, I prefer a extrovert also.. My ex was a introvert and he never communicated to me.. Communication is the key for a relationship..

Both. An introvert to relate to and an extrovert to help balance out things. :)

With being an introvert myself, being in social situations with more than one other person weirds me out.i dont want to say i seek an introvert but i dont want someone whos always wired all the time. Gotta have me some quiet time.

Introverts. Extroverts can be exhausting, and many seem to lack the ability to understand what introverts are. I've been accused of being "too quiet" or "sulking" when I'm really just spending time by myself. Also, there's no such thing as an "ambivert". You're either one or the other, really.
