from what iv seen midas your not in bad shape, id recommend focusing on muscle work

I'm not, but I don't like the weight I've put on since living on my own. May face has this weird roundness I don't like.

I'm not into smoking of any kind. Thanks though snake. It turns me off seeing all the smoking. Even if it is just a vape.
