To stop politicians screwing around, actually making decisions and not waiting for the next election cycle. Plus using some sense and hearing what others actually think about stuff. If not then bye bye and replace them, compared to same people being there for decades.

@ed What if someone got falsely accused and was innocent and you still removed their reproductive organs how would you fix that ? Its a good idea how ever people get falsey accused and wrongly convicted so how would you avoid false accusations also i think who falsely accuse people of rape should get at least 5 years jail time and criminal record for trying to ruin someones life
