I would prioritize and reward any group of people that could develop the worlds first electronic sentients void of human control. I would also prioritize space travel and development in tech that could change the human race. Like nanobots and synthetic meats so we can get rid of farms. Basically, try to prep mankind to leave this sol system and when the electronic sentients is done and if it's benevolent then I'll give it control.
