Prince of Tennis got me into Tennis and Hikaru no Go got me into Go. (Also March Comes in Like a Lion has gotten me interested in Shogi; still never played an actual game in my life outside of the Shogi minigame in the Yakuza games, but that interested hasn't disappeared regardless.)

Idk if it counts but after watching and reading NANA i got obsessed with piercings and now i got 11/12 and will probably get a couple more..

Any and every sports anime I have watched has made me want to get up out of my lazy butt and go exercise. I have always wanted to learn to ice skate so when Yuri on Ice came out, I have been out doing exercise at least 3 times a week so I can be prepared for when I have enough money to go to an ice rink and pay for lessons.
