How to control Anxiety?

Mediation is really good to fight anxiety. And sports. If you feel and look great that usually helps, too.

I always leave the place I'm in and sit somewhere quiet outside, that helps calm me down.

I don't remember how exactly I did it but I have a way to like just kind of purge most of my troubles away in a pretty short time. (If I had like a step by step instructional believe me I'd share it) I basically just kind of told my darker side that while you are a part of me you won't define me and you sure as hell aren't in control. For me when I'm down I actually steer into the skid instead of trying to suppress it. Like for example if I have a (rough) breakup which is something that would bother everyone regardless of emotional strength its like.... alright guy you got like two fucking days to "mourn" but after that pick your bitch ass up and keep moving. On a more daily basis I would say Baseball <3 love watching Baseball even if watching it is depressing - they're allowed to depress me. Its like when people aren't around for whatever reason Baseball is (well during Baseball season that is - which is most of the year... them 162 games schedules are bae)

Juli you know me better than that. There is a difference between (trying to) not have emotions and actually dealing with them and (to varying extents) vanquishing them. It takes guts and discipline to pull off though. Gurren, you know it! Especially when No Run DMC is in effect its a thing of beauty and is very relaxing!
