You know what, Sirenhead would be a whole lot cooler if he did walk around playing Radiohead, ngl. https://consequence.net/wp-content/uploads/2022/05/CoS-HERO_RadioheadOKComputer-1200x675-1.jpg

I recently found the best explanation for toilet paper hording via game theory. From a game theory perspective. Toilet paper hording is mathematically equivalent to the stag hunt. Note that in game theory. Players is just another name for people or a group of people all playing the same game. The game in this case is toilet paper hording. https://i.ani.me/0327/2911/grey.jpg Why do people horde toilet paper? Hording under normal circumstances is irrational. If everybody else is hording. Not to be left without toilet. Then the most logical thing to do is the most irrational thing to do. Which is toilet paper hoarding. In other words. If everyone is hoarding toilet paper. Then there will be a time when there is no toilet paper left to horde. Those who did not hoard toilet paper may end up with no toilet paper. Therefore, because everyone else is hording toilet. It is best to horde toilet paper to have toilet. Sounds like some weird contrived logic. But this pretty much exactly how it played out in the real world. When hoarding toilet paper was at its max peak. Those who horde toilet paper had toilet paper. Those who did not horde toilet paper. Did not have toilet paper. This can be expressed via the payoff matrix below. Too lazy to fully explain the payoff matrix. Videos and link below explain how the payoff matrix works. https://i.ani.me/0327/2911/grey.jpg https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C85jOlRt_88 . https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fbcqc73g-0E https://i.ani.me/0338/8290/payoff_matrix.jpg (H,H) are two moderate hoarders. With payoff (1,1). This is called a Nash equilibrium. “A game is said to be in Nash Equilibrium when no player has incentive to deviate from his strategy given the strategies all other players are playing.” Translated in toilet paper hording terms. No player has incentive to stop hoarding toilet paper from his hording strategy given the same hoarding toilet paper strategies all other players are playing. It is best to horde when others horde. But over time. The toilet paper panic subsides. No one is really hording anymore. Which is represented in the payoff matrix by (N,N). Which is another Nash equilibrium. With payoff (2,2). No one else is hoarding. Therefore, it is mutually beneficial not to horde as well. https://i.ani.me/0327/2911/grey.jpg https://www.quantumuniverse.nl/the-toilet-paper-dilemma

Yeah, I neve understood the point of shaving it off and then painting them over, their body their choice, as much as it is our choice to not be attracted to them.

Some could actually have trichotillomania and draw them back on to feel less self-conscious. I’ve had to do this a lot.

I would love to practice my makeup tonight, but I've an appointment in the morning as well as celebrating my father's "birthday." Don't want to show up looking like death warmed over, haha!
