ATTN: MaiOtaku Pedophiles/Hebephiles

Here's the deal. NOT ALL PEDOPHILES TRY TO CONTROL THEIR URGES AND NOT ALL OF THEM DO IT BECAUSE OF "BAD WIRING". Sure, lets just pat them on the head, forget the victim and tell them it's not their fault. I understand if someone admits they have a problem and actually seek help, that's fantastic. I'm not part of the kill them all mob, but I won't just coddle either..

I think a simple answer as to why you will find very little compassion for people with these sorts of psychological issues is because IF ACTED ON it harms mentally or physically and/or potentially kills kids. Even the people who are caught with child pornography are playing with gasoline around a bon fire. If they are willing to collect pictures that were taken against a child's will doing all kinds of unmentionable acts, where then is the line that keeps them from acting out on those fantasies they have? Having those images means they condone those acts on some level. Therefore when you weigh who needs more protection here, the kids are going to win. Plus there ARE studies being done, there's just very little results at this point. HOWEVER --- if a person knows they have these attractions or urges it is their responsibility alone to seek help... modesty, embarrassment, or FEAR be damned. Until more studies are done on the conditions, causes, frontal lobes/neural pathways/etc. this is all they can do... oh and not have sex with kids. That too, that's very important.

@yass Completely agree. I was probably too harsh but my point is Pedophiles/Hebophiles are mentally sick. They need help. Much like alcoholics they don't see their desire as wrong. If they live out on their desires though... I'd be the fist to free the world from them. Actually something worse since what they did was tremendously worse.

@Sanfi. Nahhh- i don't take it personally. I just don't like pedophiles regardless of the degree or what they believe or do. I'm biased to the spectrum due to personal experience and i only see on side of the spectrum because i believe sometimes the spectrum is clear at day. theres a time and place to be objective, sometimes the answer is as clear as day. Didn't really attack; i'm just use to communicating with people on this site this way. Apologies budd if i made a false claim.

sometimes its the people that you have no clue, there married and stuff. if you dont have a car or not rich people will treat you bad though even if you arnt bad. most people are nice though.

Wow.....it's rare that i usually see yaasshat and xynox leave a comment and i find myself shaking my head in agreement as much as I just did.
