Well, prosthetics are coming on leaps and bounds - they now have early stages of hands that can feel the amount of pressure they exert. I'd say it's only a matter of time before they develop cybernetic body parts, it's just the full body that'll be a challenge.

if you had a full body but just your head is human, that wouldnt be that cool. maybe you could have your mind in a computer in the future. that just seems impossible
