Love letters <3

Hmmmmm I've never written a love letter before. I always just tell them upfront that I like them, which have led to several rejections. Lol Thinking on it now mabye I should have used an anonymous love letter.

@Lez Did you write your name on the love letter or was it just to be able to speak your mind/ease your heart? More important even so: did you get a response or does it seems like it will take another couple of weeks?

I wrote one once when I was like 5 or something, my sister helped me with it. It was for a neighbor of mine who was around the same age. We put it in her mailbox. (*´ω｀*)

@sanfi I wrote my name even my address... the postal lady said it'll take 3 weeks before it leaves my country... the guy who was supposed to receive it is very far from me...:/

The only love letter I ever wrote was one to a girl who always claimed I would be horrible person and that my future was doomed. She was also very religious. So when some friends and I were chilling at my place we came up with this "brilliant" idea to write her a love letter from "Jesus Christ, Mount Golgotha", which we did.. It even had a little poem in it. Looking back I do feel kind of bad for doing it but she wasn't exactly an angel towards me either. Aside from that where I live love letters don't really seem to be a thing once you're out of primary school. I didn't hear of anyone getting any in middle or high school.

I mean, if I'm in a relationship with someone, i'll give them love letters as kinda like a sweet and romantic gesture. but other than that, only once. and it didn't go over very well. but that was mainly because her mom didn't want me and her together >.> and kind of went out of her way about it.

I think love letters have a magic element to them. Waking up to a letter can make your day or finding one tuck away where you can find it is like finding a treasure map. I have written and received many letters. ^^
