@Lez: It really depends on how you convey those feelings and the type of person you're conveying these feelings to. Some people really like the sweet and mushy stuff, but not everyone. Like a speech, it helps to have an idea of what your audience/receiver might like in the letter before you write and deliver it.

I write my coworkers love letters all the time. Usually "when you stock remember to check the item upc." "Don't put stuff in here." Etc. I'm such a loving person.

I've received a decent number of love letters. Those ones were short and generally caught me off guard(throws off my day dreaming thoughts too XD). The ones I get in text are long but are worth reading... in my opinion at least

You know, sometimes I always thought about doing this again with my next relationship. The old fashion way of sending a love message is nice. Specially when pictures or drawing are included.

In my previous relationship we did write really cheesy letters to each other. I found it pretty fun because I didn't mind being a cornball for her. Even though we broke up she kept the letters I gave her and recently told me she read one of them. Fun times lol

I just sent a love letter on the postal office this morning... I got drenched in the rain cause I forgot to bring an umbrella... The postal lady said it'll take time for him to receive it like 3 weeks @______@ I really hope he'll receive it sooner... (>======<)

It really depends on who you're sending it to. I once sent a love letter via mail to a girl from my class and she told me she never even opened it, because she didn't want to know. I've also, however, written my ex a love letter when we were two months into the relationship. She became very emotional and returned my love through a self-drawn picture, which took her almost two months to make (she was really perfectionistic and thought only the best was good enough for me). Honestly, it can go either way and I wish you good luck with the love letter you just send
